Meet The Team
Tony has over 38 years of knowledge and experience with real estate and real estate related fields. At the age of 13 he built his first home and at 17 years of age, bought his first house. He has acquired over $20 million in real estate under his own portfolio. He has also worked as a general contractor, building and rehabilitating over 50 properties.
In addition he has been a licensed real estate agent for over 18 years in good standing with the DRE, having been involved in over 1,000 transactions, Tony spent 30 years working in sales.
Tony also owns all his investment properties and has worked with investors throughout his career.
His extensive background gives him a unique perspective and insight into real estate and it's future growth for the success of his clients and investors. In an effort to do better short sales Tony found a way to avoid short sales and save homes.

During more than 12 years in the Sales & Marketing arena Tom Boren worked for a Fortune 500 company for 8 of those years. He has held positions from entry level customer service through Area Director of Sales for Marriott International. He has always valued growth through continued education and training which has led him to succeed not only in his positions, but for his team as well.
In 2010 Tom met Tony Martinez and was presented with a unique way to assist homeowners and investors within the same deal. Tom realized the potential in this business model and is on his path to becoming an expert in the Note Industry.

With 5 years of experience in the lending arena and 12 years of total sales experience, Robert has extensive knowledge of lending laws and a clear understanding of how the banking industry works from the inside out.
Client services are his #1 priority and will stop at no end to assure both sides of the deal are happy. Robert has worked for the country's top performing corporations in the communication industry and banking.

Justin joined the company in 2011 after completing 2 years of Business & Accounting at Santa Monica College. He has a background in Real Estate management as well as a strong understanding of finance and data analysis. During his time here, he has successfully negotiated over 30 settlements which has ultimately saved over 30 homes for our clients.
